Refund Policy
All Sales Are Final – No Returns or Exchanges (Except for Defects)
Due to the handmade, custom, and unique nature of our wood burned (pyrography) and other material products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or if the item does not match your exact expectations.
Each piece is individually crafted which means there will be slight variations in every item. All products made from natural wood are to expect variations in grain, color, knots, texture, and burn depth. This is part of the charm of handmade art and makes every item truly one-of-a-kind and cannot be grounds for return.
Exceptions – Defective or Damaged Items Only
We will gladly accept returns or offer a replacement/refund only in the following cases:
- The item arrives damaged during shipping (e.g., broken, cracked, or significantly marred).
- There is a clear manufacturing error on our part (e.g., wrong design shipped).
To be eligible for a return under these exceptions:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery (please include photos of the damage/defect and your order number).
- The item must be returned in its original condition (unused, with all packaging).
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is due to our error.
- Refunds (if approved) will be issued to the original payment method, minus original shipping fees.
Custom & Personalized Items
All custom, personalized, or made-to-order products (e.g., items with names, dates, specific designs, or wording) are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances, except in cases of proven damage or our error.
Shipping Damage
We package all items with the utmost care. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately (with photos) so we can file a claim with the carrier and resolve the issue promptly.
