We’re a small handmade business in Indiana, and we ship all orders within the United States only (continental US, Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories where possible).

 

Processing Time  

- Most orders are handmade/custom, so we process and start preparing them within 3–7 business days after payment.  

- We’ll email you a confirmation when your order ships.  

- Busy times (like holidays) may add a few extra days—we’ll let you know if there’s a delay.

 

Shipping Carriers & Delivery Estimates  

We use USPS (United States Postal Service) for most packages. Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and start once your order ships:  

- Standard shipping: 3–7 business days  

- Priority shipping (upgrade available at checkout): 1–3 business days  

 

Tracking is usually provided. Check your email or account for updates.

 

Shipping Costs  

- Calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.  

- Free shipping on orders over $80  

- We don’t charge extra for handling or packaging.

 

Important Notes  

- We ship to the address you provide at checkout—double-check it!  

- We’re not responsible for delays, lost packages, or issues caused by the carrier (but we’ll help file claims if needed).  

- P.O. Boxes: We ship to them via USPS only.  

- No international shipping at this time.
