Welcome to giftsbyyt.com. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of our website and any purchases from our small handmade business in Indiana. By browsing our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or make purchases.

 

We ship only within the United States (no international orders).

 

1. Orders and Acceptance  

- Orders are offers to buy; we may accept, refuse, or cancel them (e.g., due to errors, stock issues, or fraud suspicion).  

- You must be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent) and provide accurate information.  

- Handmade/custom items may vary slightly from photos/descriptions—we aim for accuracy but aren't responsible for minor handmade variations.

 

2. Pricing and Payment  

- All prices are in US dollars, as shown at checkout. We may adjust prices anytime (but honored for placed orders).  

- We accept payments via our secure processor (e.g., Stripe/PayPal)—we don't store full card details.  

- Taxes and shipping fees are added at checkout.

 

3. Shipping and Delivery  

- Shipping is US-only (continental US, Alaska, Hawaii, territories where available).  

- See our Shipping Policy (linked in footer) for processing (typically 3–7 business days for custom/handmade items), carriers (e.g., USPS), estimates, costs, and tracking.  

- Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier receives the package. We aren't liable for carrier delays, loss, or damage (but we'll assist with claims).

 

4. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

- Custom/personalized/handmade items are typically non-returnable unless defective or damaged on arrival.  

- Eligible returns must be in original condition. Refunds (minus original shipping) go to your original payment method within [e.g., 7–10] business days of receipt.  

- No automatic right to return unwanted items under Indiana law—our policy governs.

 

5. Intellectual Property  

- Site content (photos, text, designs) is ours or licensed to us. No commercial use without permission.  

- By submitting photos/reviews, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use them for marketing.

 

6. Limitation of Liability  

- Products are for intended use only—we aren't liable for misuse, allergies, or indirect damages.  

- Our liability is limited to the purchase price paid. No additional warranties beyond law requirements.

 

7. Governing Law  

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana and applicable US federal laws, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in courts located in Indiana.

 

8. Changes to Terms  

We may update these Terms. The date above shows the last change. Continued use after updates means acceptance.
